Responsibilities

- Develop and implement paid media strategies across various channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms

- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve client goals

- Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and develop landing pages to support paid media campaigns

- Monitor and report on campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations to improve results

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between paid media strategies and overall marketing objectives

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to paid media

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media management, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Strong understanding of paid media best practices and the ability to create, manage and optimize campaigns from start to finish
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
