Responsibilities

- The Paid Media - Integrated Marketing role will partner closely with channel leads to develop and execute integrated media plans that work across the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion)

- They will also support managing media budgets, developing measurement plans, and learning agendas

- The individual will have experience and a proven track record of full funnel planning across a variety of channels and tactics to drive to the desired outcome

- The role will support both Brand building and organic growth efforts

- Responsible for building full funnel media plans that drive optimal brand and business outcomes in partnership with the Integrated Planning Lead

- Contribute to the development of forward-thinking media strategies and campaigns and deliver POVs where appropriate

- Partner with lines of business (LOB), marketing strategists and creative leads to develop go-to-market strategies, roadmaps, and plans

- Leverage analytics and performance data to develop and refine paid media strategies

- Deliver media performance reporting that communicates performance against key objectives and provides learnings to inform future campaigns

- Accurately manage and track media budgets, invoicing, and reconciliation

- Stay current on the changes taking place in the paid media ecosystem

- Adjust strategies accordingly to ensure Truist remains at a competitive advantage

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the consumer behavior model and user journeys, and how both are applied to banking products and services

- Increase Truist product awareness, consideration, and acquisition by aligning consumer needs with Truist offerings throughout the consumer behavior process

- Work with internal stakeholders including, Legal, Risk and Compliance for approvals and ensure work is being done within the risk framework

- Cultivate relationships with media vendors and partners

- Evaluate media opportunities and develop point-of-views for submission to internal stakeholder

- Have a solid understanding of how the role contributes to the achievement of broader objectives in alignment with the organization’s purpose, mission and values

- Identify and propose resolutions to technical, operational, risk management, business, and organizational challenges

Qualifications

  • Language Fluency: English (Required)
  • QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing or related field, or equivalent education and related training2
  • Eight years or more related brand and advertising experience3
  • Knowledge of the brand standards and toolkits and able to apply to work4
  • Knowledge of creative process across all advertising and marketing communications deliverables including TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital, sales and information collateral, and merchandise5
  • Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry6
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Master's degree or MBA and previous experience in the banking industry2
  • Media strategy and planning experience with expertise in traditional and digital channels
  • Demonstrated ability to apply agile marketing methodologies and processes to large enterprise, cross-functional teams4
  • Ability to develop strategies that break long-term goals into short term wins to facilitate learning, quick iteration, with shorter time to market and return on investment5
  • Experience with Adobe products (AEM, Target and Target, Analytics, Audience Manager and Adobe Cloud)
  • Visual / Audio / SpeakingAble to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone
  • Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers
