Responsibilities
- Build and manage our Paid Media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Geofencing, Pinterest, OTT, etc
- Optimize, audit, and implement tracking to produce standout, measurable campaigns
- Curate a paid media strategy with our client services team to best meet our client KPIs
- Speak to campaign performance and guide paid media strategy in client calls
- Make strategic recommendations to our clients on budget, channel use, and campaign types to help them achieve their goals
- Collaborate with our Organic Media, Creative, and Web Team's to deliver a cohesive experience for our clients
- Engage and contribute to our Product Team's think tank and knowledge sessions to stay on the forefront of our marketing and real estate industry trends
Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years of agency or multifamily experience
- A minimum of 2 years of building and managing paid search and paid social campaigns
- A strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag manager
- Experience working with reporting and online ad management software
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, growing, and results-oriented environment
- An innovation-focused mindset, always looking for changes to the industry, upcoming trends, and ways to creatively and effectively optimize our services and team
