Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operations of regional digital billboards, including charting, scheduling, and uploading creative
- Maintain up-to-date lists of inventory
- Provide on-location client training for Lamar partners
- Manage all public service/non-profit accounts
- Act as primary support to sales staff - includes assisting with sales presentations, proposals, mapping, marketing materials, and market research
- Assist sales managers with daily activities, including meeting preparation, reporting, and call-ins
- Responsible for national requests for proposals in the Pittsburgh region
- Responsible for promotional materials
- Provide proof of performance reports, occupancy reports, revenue reports, etc
- ∙ Solve client billing discrepancies and assist in collections
- Manage all donations
- The primary work environment for this position is an office
- The physical demands for this position include light lifting, reaching, seeing (with a focus on reading, color distinction, and acuity), sitting more than 50% of the time, standing, talking, turning, and walking
Qualifications
- Must have a solid knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing spreadsheets, database and presentation software
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or administrative roles
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
