Responsibilities

- As well as create and develop strategies and concepts

- The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for leading paid media strategy, monitoring performance, and reporting to clients

- This person will also be expected to directly manage high-value client initiatives and provide strategies that lead to positive results

- Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, the Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for driving client success within their own book of business and for contributing to a team environment to drive client results and internal revenue for Search and Social Paid Media

- Develop and support end-to-end multi-channel strategy to align with business goals and initiatives (Lead-Gen & Ecommerce)

- Own channel measurement: tracking, monitoring, brand lift studies and optimizing performance against critical metrics

- Coordinate with Creative and Client Services teams

- Develop creative testing roadmap and participate in creative briefing and performance readouts

- Provide clear creative direction to designers based on data and results

- Provide account changes and optimizations to the Account Manager and any other pertinent team members

- Set up, optimize and execute paid media campaigns using Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Amazon Ads, and Google Ads

- Write and review copy for paid ad campaigns informed by NPA best practices

- Monitor daily advertising spend per channel to align with client's monthly budget pacing

- Collaborate with Client Services to report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients

- Create campaigns based on the buyer's journey using audience insights and competitive analysis tools

- Build projections and forecasting calculations as it pertains to incremental client growth

- Manage the day-to-day team activities, project management and task prioritization, campaign best practices and tools adoption

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and reporting on Paid Search & Social campaigns
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience setting up Facebook Ads include pixel tracking and configuration
  • Knowledge of eComm/Retail/Shopping marketing tactics
  • Experience leading and mentoring direct reports
  • Strong Presentation Skills, Creative, Customer Focused & Action Oriented
  • Critical Thinker, Relentless Learner, Winning Can Do Attitude
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience
  • Senior Paid Media Specialist (typically 2-3 years)
  • Senior Paid Media Strategist (typically 4-5 years)
  • Senior Paid Media Manager (typically 6-7 years)
