Responsibilities

- The Manager of Paid Media Marketing & Acquisition will execute the strategy and programs to acquire customers, increase the awareness of FORMA brand customers and drive traffic to our ecommerce and wholesale channels

- This role will be responsible for understanding the customer journey -- developing paid media integrated plans, managing our paid media agency, drive creative strategies, and process improvements designed to support the evolution of the performance marketing model at Forma Brands into true data driven and ROI focused engine

- Based on this, they will support the marketing strategy, execute paid media along with broader marketing projects across the Forma Brands portfolio

- 40% Build, execute and optimize profitable demand generation, customer acquisition and media programs across FORMA portfolio

- Manage monthly budgets/reconciliation in partnership with Finance team

- Own strong media partnerships that drive sales results

- Serve as paid media expert with internal stakeholders

- 20% Maintain customer dashboards and reporting for paid media

- Digital Product Management

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years acquisition marketing experience with direct-to-consumer presence, preferably focused in Beauty industry
• Experience in developing marketing strategies, executing, measuring, testing, and delivering on performance targets
• Understand performance marketing standards and regulations such as iOS Privacy, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR
• Data obsessed and experienced analyzing customer data sets and creating action plans based on results
• Minimal travel
• Must be able to perform essential functions (with or without an accommodation) without posing a "direct threat" to the health and safety to self or others
