Responsibilities

- Work hours: 9:00am – 05:00pm Pacific Time

- Be able to manage and work with outside agencies and be able to tie together media investment between the Brand, IFP and Seniors area to aggregate marketing performance

- Manages and coordinates some digital media campaigns with external vendors

- Develops well thought out digital media campaign strategies with forecasted impressions, spends and cost per lead/acquisition and present to stakeholders

- Work with stakeholders to build out audience messaging frameworks

- Drives successful partnership for implementation of all technical and artistic phases of digital media collateral and materials

- Be able to lean in and help in other digital marketing activities such as email and SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

- Plays a project management role and an expert resource role with sales teams, customer service, product development, digital experience, lines of business marketing teams, and other internal parties to develop integrated and multi-media marketing strategies targeted to prospects, producers, and employers to drive profitable membership growth in accordance to the annual business plan

- May provide direction, feedback and coaching to lower-level marketing employees

- Contribute to Omni-Channel marketing, utilizing a comprehensive marketing strategy to leverage brokers and direct sales channels

- Creation, set-up, and execution of digital campaigns (search, display, social) and deal in the day-to-day optimizations of the campaign

- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI

- Advise on website tracking and setting up of campaign conversions

- Successfully, tracks budgets and project deliverables / milestones; managing vendor and internal unit activities and preparing reports and communications on project status to stakeholders

- Analyzes and synthesizes results from large marketing initiatives, campaigns, and programs in developing compelling and unique value propositions and messages; shares findings with management, team members and stakeholders; and recommends actions based on findings

- Build and present digital campaign reports that deliver not only key KPIs but also a clear Story

Qualifications

  • ** Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship ***
  • Agile Experience
  • Advertising platform hands on experience and knowledge (google ads, Facebook ads, Linkedin)
  • Media campaign data analyzation and visualization
  • Media strategy
  • Education Requirements: BA/BS in a related field such as marketing or business and/or equivalent combination of education and experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Required Testing: Develop media plan and present to team on second interview
  • Software Skills Required: Google analytics, google ads, looker studio, Facebook ads, Linkedin ads, ppt, google sheets or excel
