Responsibilities

- As a Paid Social Manager at KURU, you will manage our day-to-day paid social media accounts, working closely with the Paid Media Director to develop and execute on the account strategy across awareness, acquisition, retargeting, and retention tactics

- You'll be responsible for tactical execution of ongoing optimizations and account structure, audience targeting, budget management, ongoing creative testing (assets and landing pages), and ecommerce feed management to hit performance goals

- Develop and execute social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram

- Optimize campaigns, analyze results, and adjust targeting, ad creatives, budgets, and bid strategies to achieve KURU's goals

- Manage KURU's paid social media shopping catalogs and ecommerce account for best performance results

- Collaborate with the creative team and external agencies to test social ad concepts through user-generated content and video production

- Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership

- Identify new paid social media opportunities to support incremental growth, expanding efforts into platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in D2C ecommerce paid social
  • Strong knowledge of social media strategies, targeting, tactics, and conversion optimization
  • Experienced managing ad budgets of $30k-$100k/month
  • Proficiency within Facebook Ads Manager, including working knowledge with feeds/commerce accounts, and ability to manage product feeds and ROAS
  • Experienced in achieving conversion-based campaign goals and managing product collection ads
  • Staying current with the latest social media trends
  • The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent working experience in a related field such as marketing, business administration, internet technologies
