Responsibilities

- They will get access to a network of industry experts for thought leadership and mentorship and will report and work directly with the CEO

- Get a deeper understanding of the company's current growth efforts

- Own paid media across all different platforms and channels, from conception to execution

- Continuously obsess over performance data and best practices

- Drive experiments and further optimizations

- Proactively discover and test additional paid media growth opportunities

- Create the company's Paid Media playbook, live by it, and constantly question it

- You leverage data to get your points across

Qualifications

• You're able to take large amounts of information and hit the ground running independently
• You thrive in fast-paced environments full of ambiguity
• You don't get stuck easily
• You're not blocked easily and you're never the bottleneck
• You enjoy coming up with recommendations, but most importantly, getting them done
• You prefer to create a playbook over following one
• 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience, especially Adwords and Facebook
• Technical and/or analytical background
• Experience working with fast-paced start-ups
