Responsibilities

- The Senior Manager, Paid Media will be responsible for establishing and executing the global media program across Later + Mavrck

- This role requires an understanding of the SaaS industry and experience managing both B2C and B2B paid advertising campaigns

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results, diversity in media channels and managing high-performing teams at a global scale

- Strategy & Management

- Develop annual strategy and roadmap for Later + Mavrck to execute global, multi-million dollar campaigns across various media channels

- Build & maintain relationships with media partners and vendors

- Actively seek out alpha and beta testing opportunities

- Negotiate cost savings where possible

- Lead efforts on developing an Integrated Paid Media focused group to plan for all paid media investments across the entire funnel and effectively support all our key metrics from awareness all the way to final conversion

- Manage and mentor a team of media advertising specialists

- Stay on top of advertising, marketing, data, targeting, AI, and automation trends that will move the needle on operations and cost efficiencies

- Manage relationships with key cross functional internal partners and external vendors / partners as needed to ensure campaigns are executed on time and on budget

- Manage all day-to-day aspects of the paid advertising program including but not limited to paid search, display, video, paid social, affiliates

- Work closely with internal stakeholders (content and creative teams) and provide guidance on Ad messaging, creatives and CTAs aligned with the different stages of the marketing funnel, ICPs and personas

- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend based on conversion rates and LTV:CAC ratio

- Monitor, analyze and deeply understand channel results and

- Translate data into clear, concise and actionable insights

- Ensure proper lead conversion tracking and KPI reporting from paid enterprise campaigns into marketing automation platform

- Lead consistent experimentation and optimization process to create new opportunities

- Proactively plan and execute different approaches in service to driving maximum results

- Execute and lead the international paid advertising market expansion: LATAM, France, Germany, and Brazil markets

Qualifications

  • Endlessly curious
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 10+ years of digital paid advertising experience with proven track record of driving revenue growth through efficient acquisition of high quality customers
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for optimization
  • Expertise in various advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation platform
  • Experience launching and managing full funnel, localized paid campaigns
  • Experience understanding B2B buyer journey and marketing funnel
  • Dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations
  • Proven track record of establishing and improving previous affiliate marketing programs
  • Open and responsive to situations that require problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product teams
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance
