Responsibilities

- Associate, Paid Social Media will help lead paid social strategies and programs that are part of a larger, integrated, retail program focused on meeting overall Client business goals

- In this role, you will have oversight of the paid social buying and planning process

- Work with Media Planning and the Account Team in development of paid social strategies, tactics, annual media plans and campaigns

- Daily optimization of paid media spends across platforms

- Content development & optimization

- KPI tracking & Campaign monitoring

- Develop unique, insightful and time-tested ideas to include with the holistic campaign

- Define strategy, tone and executable social ideas

- Advanced audience targeting and segmentation

- Leveraging 1st and 3rd party data to build audiences

- Utilize social tools and tools to identify opportunity

- Manage budget allocation, client billing, bidding and pricing structure

- Plan and monitor paid social media campaigns across platforms

- Identify competitive set and glean insights from social listening

- Gather and compile research data in a comprehensible format

- Compile and analyze data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

- Generate incremental business opportunities within existing client base

- Optimize, QA and test multiple elements of paid campaigns on an ongoing basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field
  • 3+ years experience in Paid Social Media Marketing
  • Be passionately in tune with latest social media developments, online behaviors, and trends
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote and current social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Google +,Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Experience with social media management & social listening tools
  • Experience with web-based research tools and methodologies and digital analytics
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, networking, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Urgency and a strong attention to detail, specifically with regards to written communications
  • Strong command of the English language
