Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for account management that encompasses hitting daily, monthly & yearly performance goals as well as a driving force on creative conception, implementation, and overarching channel strategy and growth
- Manage large budgets for some of the largest insurance brands in the country
- Drive digital traffic to our website from our media accounts to generate leads and applications, optimizing for CPA and volume targets
- Manage day to day tasks such as account reporting, monitoring lead volume and cost per lead/ cost per application trends, projections
- Testing, reporting and optimization This is the most important part of the job as you optimize for volume and CPA targets
- Find areas of opportunity, support your hypotheses with data and projections, implement your optimizations, and report back on your results with takeaways
- Work with cross-functional teams (CRO, Design, Content, TV, SEO) to attain business goals
- Reporting – lots of pivot tables and high level communication from your reporting to other teams
Qualifications
- Our ideal candidate is already fluent in Paid Search and/or Paid Social - you've managed medium to large budgets on Google or Facebook, optimized for volume and CPA targets, and have navigated the post-iOS 14 world with success
- You are a curious thinker with strong analytical skills - comfortable with advanced Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, and extracting and merging sets of data to identify trends and insights to optimize campaigns
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1-3 years of Paid Media buying experience in a performance marketing environment
- Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to use data to drive actionable insights
- Clear and thorough communicator, well organized with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups minimum)
- Marketing, Math, Finance or Statistics Background
- Experience in e-commerce
