Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for digital initiatives that bring the Aura brand to life and support top-of-funnel visibility for the brand

- This role requires a highly creative mind, with experience in both big picture ideation and attention to the obsessive details that will make our brand stand out

- Creating and implementing a cohesive digital strategy to drive Brand Awareness efforts that connects seamlessly to higher-intent, lower funnel, retargeting efforts run by our Marketing team

- Overseeing creative development for digital campaigns crafted against our Brand Awareness goal, by partnering closely with our internal creative team and external agency partners to create and curate strong, on-brand creative and messaging

- Ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

- Devising and executing effective in-market plans that deliver the company's brand narrative through innovative paid media strategies, and that complement the overall brand strategy & offline media mix

- Designing a measurement framework & subsequent KPIs based on desired outcome - and leading the optimization process, clearly outlining rationale behind actions

- Providing regular updates to the team on results, ensuring alignment of brand strategy and messages with company objectives

- Identifying trends and new opportunities in the digital marketing landscape to ensure, as a brand, that we stay ahead of the curve

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully creating + executing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape, and an ability to evaluate digital media buys
  • Creative and analytical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for digital marketing innovation
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as G Suite, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on brand development and management
  • Experience managing multiple agency partners - including both creative and media agencies
  • Proven ability to develop a strong digital playbook - taking small activations and turning them into repeatable strategies with large reach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter, excellent work ethic, positive, energetic attitude
