Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing Lead at Vanta, you will play a critical role in leading our Growth Marketing team's mission to drive revenue growth and increase market share globally

- In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy that leverages SEO, SEM, paid social, and other performance marketing channels to drive business growth

- You will be responsible for managing a budget and team to deliver measurable results that align with Vanta's overall business objectives

- To achieve our mission, our Growth Marketing team is committed to a data-driven approach to decision-making

- We analyze and optimize campaign performance using robust measurement frameworks, providing regular reports on key metrics to the leadership team

- We are a collaborative team, working closely with other members of the marketing team as well as stakeholders across the organization to develop campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition

- Develop and implement Vanta's global digital marketing strategy, including SEO, search engine marketing, paid social, and other performance marketing channels

- Manage the digital marketing budget and work with internal stakeholders to prioritize investments that drive business growth

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and identify new opportunities for Vanta to leverage emerging channels and technologies

- Hire, train, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow professionally and achieve their goals

- Serve as a thought leader on digital marketing within the company, educating other departments on the value of digital marketing and promoting a data-driven culture across the organization

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Vanta's target customers, competitors, and industry trends to inform the development of effective digital marketing campaigns

- Use data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, regularly analyzing and reporting on key metrics to the leadership team

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, collaborating effectively to ensure that Growth Marketing Team initiatives align with broader business objectives

- Continually seek out new opportunities to improve Vanta's digital marketing strategy, leveraging emerging channels and technologies to stay ahead of the curve

- Foster a culture of experimentation and learning within the Growth Marketing Team, encouraging team members to employ a growth mindset and share insights with the broader organization

- Manage the performance and professional development of the Digital Marketing Team, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to help team members achieve their goals and grow in their careers
