Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Associate Director of Marketing, the Paid Media Specialist will create integrated advertising plans across a variety of channels (social, search, display, email, print, OOH) in support of recruitment efforts
- Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing and working in close collaboration with the Content Specialist and Digital Marketing Specialist, this position will be responsible for setting up all paid campaigns in their respective platforms, optimizing performance, and overseeing all media spend
- This role will also be tasked with tracking the ROI of all paid marketing efforts utilizing specific KPIs and working closely with the CRM administrator to develop and maintain performance and attribution reports
- â— Experience creating and maintaining reports, focusing on channel attribution
Qualifications
- â— Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- â— Direct experience creating and running ad campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, other programmatic partners, etc
- â— Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- â— Data-driven and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills; Solutions-focused mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights
- â— Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- â— Excellent organization, project management and production skills involving the execution of multiple, simultaneous projects
- â— Ability to meet stringent deadlines, pivot quickly and work under pressure and troubleshoot in a high- volume, changing work environment
- â— Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- â— Willingness and ability to support a diverse and inclusive campus community
- â— Experience working with Slate or other CRM systems
- â— Experience in education, launching and marketing new products to adult markets
- â— Knowledge of Web technology, HTML and web editing (Drupal)
- â— Experience with SEO best practices
