Responsibilities
- Most of your work will be focused on acquiring learners for our programs through our Paid Media channels
- Digital Marketing Manager to brainstorm and launch data-driven experiments for our ad campaigns that work towards our growth objectives: new applications, retention, and lead quality
- Reporting on campaign performance, documenting experimental results, and
- Working with external designers to develop ad creative
- Developing relationships with internal teams and talking to customers to identify and convey value propositions for our ad copy, creative, and landing pages
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience managing Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), and/or Paid Video (YouTube) campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge and attention to detail

- An eye for creativity and design and experience working with digital design tools (Canva)

- Candidates must reside within the 50 states or District of Columbia and have full authorization to work in the 50 U.S. states & the District of Columbia (international work abroad, including the U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other islands are excluded)
