Responsibilities

- The Senior Consultant will be the subject matter expert on the digital media ecosystem, with a focus on programmatic, paid social, and mobile

- The lead will partner closely with the cross-functional marketing team (analytics, campaign operations, business strategy, creative) as well as with our external media agency, to develop strategic media plans that meet business and campaign objectives, with a focus on rigorous optimizations, test and learns, and measurable, ROI-positive outcomes

- Be the thought leader and SME on digital paid media (programmatic, social, mobile) – present and discuss ideas with the intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across all levels of the organization

- Be a part of a media team of experts in paid search, upper funnel media (linear/streaming TV/audio)

- Develop and own cost-effective, scalable media strategies to achieve monthly and annual business goals

- Work closely with marketing analytics to develop monthly media projections and measurement

- Own the end-to-end performance of your campaigns, working internally and with the agency on aggressive optimizations to meet goals

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance results with actionable insights

- Accelerate how CSBB uses paid media – test and learn new channels, strategies, tactics, with data-backed analysis

- Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver on overall business goals, including management and optimization of media budget

- Partner with creative teams to bring media strategy to lif Mentor other marketing professionals

Qualifications

  • This role requires deep experience in full funnel paid digital media, with expertise and knowledge of paid media platforms (DSPs; DMPs), and the technical components of an effective campaign (tagging; measurement; ad serving; etc.)
  • 4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience running acquisition-focused campaigns on a CPA/CPL/CPC basis; remarketing; DCO
  • Experience and deep understanding of ad tech solutions: ad serving; creative optimizations/DCO; A/B testing; activating 1st/3rd party data; etc
