Responsibilities
- You love to optimize advertising on digital channels to find the right customer segments
- You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions

- Develop, implement and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Social Media Advertising, Display Advertising and new channels as they launch
- Manage a portion of the advertising budget related to paid media campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy
- Create ad copy and design creatives leveraging best practices to drive performance
- Build out creative briefs for paid media campaigns
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and performance metrics
- Monitor and analyze campaign results and provide reports on the effectiveness of campaigns
- Create testing strategy on ad campaigns, implement winning variations and share results with collaborators regularly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media campaigns with overall marketing strategy
- Stay up to date with changes in paid media channels and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve
- Collaborate with Marketing team on special projects such as generating copy for ads, helping with creative shoots, and supporting other marketing initiatives
- Monday-Friday (typically 8 hours/day)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in paid media campaign management across Google Ads, Social Media Advertising, and Programmatic Display Advertising
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms - Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Experience with A/B testing, data-driven decision making, and iterative design processes is essential
- A keen eye for design and the ability to think outside the box to develop engaging, high-converting ad creatives
- Excellent attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
